Google gives you a list of data points on what they find when they go to your site and have their bot read it.

This tool will tell you how people are finding your site, what they are clicking on, and how long they stick around.

Google will give you a list of sites that they deem are important that are linking to you.

-Instant Site Changes Notification
You can send them a sitemap from your site, or tell them that you've changed it, and it will go and re-read your site. You can also see how many pages they've found.

-Malware Alerts Google
This will tell you if they think you have a virus on your site.

-HTML Suggestions
Once they've analyzed your site, if they think there are ways you could make your HTML clearer or work better they will tell you.

It also will let you know if it finds duplicate pages on your site, which are not good for your overall ranking.
